Entirely designed and manufactured by the Maanta R&D team, Furler is the furler that can withstand strong sail torsion. The narrower panels radial cut ensures maximum resistance to wind gusts up to 49 mph. Sail corners, the most stressed points of the sails, are reinforced by 9 layers of fabric joined by an elegant stitching pattern.

ARROWW+ REINFORCEMENTS

The innovative design developed by Maanta's R&D department is designed to provide unparalleled strength to the corners of sail awnings, the parts most stressed by mechanical traction and strong wind gusts. The overlapping of the 9 layers of fabric sewn with Sunstop® thread, visually form a fan that allows tension to propagate along the entire surface, therefore making the corners extremely strong. Maanta sails are the only ones to have Arroww+ reinforcements, making them recognizable for both performance and elegance.

Elasticity and seal

ZIGZAG SEAMS WITH TRIPLE STITCH POINT

Studied and applied by our R&D department, the zigzag stitching with triple stitch point is designed to provide the sail with greater elasticity when subjected to tension. Working like an accordion, it manages to ensure maximum performance in terms of wind resistance and intense mechanical stress.

A Maanta exclusive

ADJUSTABLE STRAPS

Two perimeter straps and one central strap, combined with multilayer reinforcements, ensure the maximum level of tension to prevent accumulation of rainwater. The straps are manually adjustable to calibrate the tension of the sails at any time.

Solaria +Plus Furl is the only narrower ferzi radial cut furling sail that incorporates more than 10 technologies combined with the recognizable design.

The narrower panels radial cut, Furl system, Arroww+ reinforcements and 316 stainless steel plates make it durable and particularly suitable for very windy areas. Solaria +Plus Furl is also 100% waterproof thanks to the Purishade® fabric and is not afraid of mold, bacteria and moisture.

The waterproof furling shade sail is ideal for those who want to use their outdoor space in all seasons and want to enjoy maximum versatility.

The waterproof sail creates a shaded area protected from UV rays in summer and shelters from rain and wind in winter. 

This way you can enjoy a lunch or dinner outside all year round, create a chill area on the terrace to share with friends, or a perfect cover to protect your car. When its use is over, Solaria +Plus Furl can be easily rolled up on itself and left installed outdoors even during the winter season.

Adjustable perimeter straps are part of Maanta's sail tensioning system.

The webbing, attached to the corner plates, is manually adjustable to achieve the proper degree of tension so as to avoid rainwater accumulation and withstand very strong wind gusts. 

Creating a made-to-measure sail is the ideal solution when you need to cover spaces with particular measurements, or more simply you are looking for total coverage that is accurate to the centimeter. 

With the online configurator you can design the perfect sail in a few simple steps.
