In order to make your shopping experience as transparent as possible on our website, we have created this page which shows the time needed for production, packaging and shipping.

On the product pages you will find the indication "estimated delivery date". This date is always up to date and will inform you about the actual delivery of your order.

After the product has been shipped, you will receive a communication from UPS with all the delivery information and the tracking code.

How does shipping from Italy work?

All Maanta products are handcrafted in Italy.
Shipping from Italy to the United States is entrusted to our shipping partner UPS and takes place in 2 steps:

1. Shipping by air from Italy to UPS sorting center in the United States

Your item is delivered to UPS and transported to the United States by air. All customs controls and procedures are carried out by UPS. Our client will not have to take care of anything.
This first step takes about 7 days.

Please note: the tracking code does not receive detailed updates during this first step. Don't worry, your shipment is in good hands. Your shipment status is updated as soon as the item clears customs.

2. Local Delivery in United States

Your package is unloaded from the plane, cleared through customs and taken over by UPS America.
The tracking code is now updated and you can follow the shipment step by step until the final delivery.
This final step takes about 3-4 days.

Notes and clarifications

Different payment methods can change the shipping time, for example in the case of payment by bank transfer you expect the credit of the same.

The orders if containing products with different production times and preparation of the order, will be considered as the longest times indicated in the table. Unless otherwise communicated, the products will be shipped in a single solution.

Before making the purchase, if the same is urgent, contact via email and ask for availability to the company.


Advice on the delivery of goods

At the time of receiving the goods, adopt these small but important precautions:

Verify that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing belts or polyester straps;
When possible, immediately unpack the product and check for damage.

Tracking the parcel via Tracking Code
The package is traceable on the courier's web systems to give you more control over the status of the delivery.

The tracking number will be provided in two emails, the first will come from the courier UPS who took charge of the package, the second will be sent by our automated systems.
