Buying a product from Italy shouldn’t mean worrying about customs procedures or extra charges at delivery.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are already included in the price you pay. Maanta takes care of the customs process and documentation for you, so there are no additional import charges or formalities for you to manage.

Important Notes

Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date and do not include the production time of made-to-order products.

Depending on your chosen payment method, processing times may vary slightly. Bank transfers and ACH payments, for example, are processed once payment has been received.

If your order contains multiple products with different production times, the entire shipment will normally be sent together according to the longest lead time, unless otherwise arranged.

If the scheduled delivery date doesn’t work for you, you can easily manage it through DHL On Demand Delivery, directly from the tracking link you receive by email or SMS.

Your Maanta product has completed quite a journey. Before unpacking it, we recommend taking a moment to check the delivery:

  • Verify that the number of packages matches the delivery note.
  • Check that the packaging is intact and has no visible damage.
  • If possible, unpack the product right away and inspect its condition.
