Outdoor
Parasols

The choice depends on where you want the pole and how much space you need to cover.

  • Central pole for balconies, single tables and compact terraces.
  • Cantilever arm when the table needs to remain free in the centre.
  • Sail-style for wide coverage with motorised opening and automatic wind management.

Every configuration is completed with the right base.

Where the choice begins

Choose by pole position

Before the model, there is a simpler question: where to place the pole?
The answer guides everything else.

  • Central pole
  • Cantilever arm
  • Motorised sail-style

The central pole that stays out of the way

Compact, straightforward, centred

It sits beneath the canopy, supports the structure, and folds away in a single motion. Maanta central pole models cover from Ø 7'3" to 16'5" × 16'5" and open with different mechanisms: click-open, progressive tilt or telescopic crank for larger sizes. The most straightforward choice for balconies, dining tables and terraces.

Klika

Klika

Compact and immediate. KlikOpen® opens the canopy with a click — no crank, no intermediate steps. Designed for balconies and small outdoor spaces where shade needs to be ready without wasting time.

Lybra

Lybra

Follows the sun with precision. The EquiTilt® on the handle tilts the canopy gradually without moving the base: turn the handle and the shade shifts where needed as the afternoon progresses.

Hydrus

Hydrus

269 sq ft structure for professional use. Ø 3 15/16" pole, 25/32" × 1 1/2" ribs, integrated solar LED on all ribs, declared wind resistance up to 37 mph. For hotels, beach clubs and restaurants where the parasol works every day of the season.

The pole away from the table

Nothing in the way

The arm brings the shade over the table from the side. No pole among the guests, no obstacle to step around.
Cygnus opens with a gas piston in a matter of seconds. Auriga adds integrated solar LED in the ribs and adjusts tilt and height with a single joint. Both rotate 360° to follow the sun without moving anything.

Cygnus

Cygnus

No pole in the centre of the table. The cantilever arm with gas piston covers 96 sq ft and rotates 360° with a lever, keeping the space underneath completely free. The natural choice for patios and outdoor living areas.

Auriga

Auriga

Cantilever arm with Heliflow® and integrated solar LED on all eight ribs. Adjusts tilt and height with a single joint, and switches on the lights from the included remote control. The outdoor space doesn't end at sunset.

The parasol that anticipates the wind

Opens on its own, closes on its own

Elicro brings the logic of the shade sail to the parasol. A motorised sail-style system that opens and closes autonomously, keeping the canopy always under tension thanks to the CTR system. It covers large surfaces up to 172 sq ft and adapts to patios, gardens and Horeca settings with a more architectural approach to outdoor parasols. It is entirely made in Italy.

Shade is part of the service

An outdoor dining area that fills up every evening has no room for structures that give way in July. Maanta parasols for professional use are engineered for daily opening and closing, season after season.

FAQ

How do I choose between a center pole and a side arm?

It depends on where the pole can physically go. If the space allows it, the center pole is the most compact and straightforward option. If the table needs to stay completely clear in the middle or guests are seated all the way around, the side arm is the natural choice. It's not about size — it's about layout.

Are the umbrellas wind-resistant?

Residential models hold up to 19 mph (Beaufort 5). Hydrus is rated up to 37 mph. Elicro comes with a built-in anemometer: it detects gusts and closes the canopy before the wind becomes an issue. In sustained wind, it's good practice to close the umbrella regardless of model.

Can I use an umbrella in the evening?

Auriga and Hydrus have solar LEDs built into the ribs as standard. Cygnus, Klika and Lybra support optional magnetic lights, USB-rechargeable, no wiring or installation needed. No model requires an electrician.
