Yes, the EZ Pole can withstand adverse weather conditions. It is also made in 304 stainless steel version that provides protection from rust and saltiness.
Just unscrew the hitch and move it to the new position. This feature allows total customization of shading according to the specific needs of the time of day, seasonality and weather conditions.
EZ Pole can be used with all Maanta sails that do not exceed 269 sq. ft. in area. In that case, we recommend opting for Alu Simple, our aluminum pole with lanes.
We strongly advise against this, but should you wish to proceed we cannot guarantee success given the tenth-of-a-millimeter precision of the digital cut with which it is made.
No. EZ Pole poles come with a steel ground base to be installed on a cemented base at least 5.9 inches thick, or on a 23.6 x 23.6 x 23.6 inches concrete plinth. Installation guide here.
