The custom-made product takes about 12 business days to arrive at your home. You will receive the tracking information as soon as the package leaves our workshop in Italy. Delivery times are standard.
Kyma is entirely produced in our workshop in Italy. Each roller shades passes through expert hands that check cutting, stitching and assembly before shipping.
Yes, you can request free samples to evaluate the finishes of your indoor roller shades and choose the fabric that best suits your space. The samples also include the finishes of the decorative plates.

Kyma features a plate with a soft design that recalls a wave. Recta has a square plate with 90° angles for a pure geometric aesthetic.
Both indoor roller shades share the same technology, build quality, and premium fabrics.
Width: from 23 5/8" to 110 1/4".
Height: from 11 3/4" to 118 1/8".
It depends on how the space is used: for bedrooms we recommend blackout indoor roller shades (Blend or Canvas, privacy 4) for total darkness. For living rooms, bathrooms, and offices, light-filtering roller shades (Horizon, Fine Line) that diffuse light while reducing glare. For kitchens, transparent fabrics (Satin, Brush) that ensure maximum brightness.
EN 14501 is the European standard that measures the solar performance of fabrics. Each of our fabrics provides precise data on light transmission, solar factor (gtot), and energy absorption. Not promises, but verifiable figures.
The Slim plate measures 1 7/8" × 2 13/16", the Standard 3 1/8" × 2 13/16". The depth is the same (4 1/16").
The Slim is more discreet, while the Standard has a stronger visual impact.
All our fabrics are made from 100% polyester (except Earth, which contains 10% cotton). They are suitable for humid environments such as bathrooms.
Yes, the installation is designed for DIY. You only need a drill and a screwdriver. You will find illustrated instructions and a video guide in the package and on our website. Estimated time: 30–60 minutes.
No, the motor runs on a rechargeable USB-C battery. Motorized indoor roller shades do not require connection to the power supply.

You will need: a drill with a bit suitable for your wall (masonry, drywall, or wood), a Phillips screwdriver, and a pencil to mark the points.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structure, fabric, and mechanism. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
