Zefira is the latest innovation in the world of Maanta motorized retractable shade sails, designed to offer maximum convenience, durability, and style. Thanks to its integrated 12-volt motor, the sail extends and retracts effortlessly with a remote control, while the anemometer automatically detects weather conditions, retracting the sail in strong winds.

The advanced technology of Zefira ensures constant fabric tension, enhancing stability and longevity.
Its motorized winding system is incredibly fast: Zefira closes in less than a minute, providing immediate protection for the sail and its anchors.

One of its key strengths is sustainability: the entire system is wireless and powered by a solar panel, eliminating the need for an electrician or electrical connections.

2022/2023 - Solaria Furl and Solaria +Plus Furl: The radial shade sail that rolls onto itself

Solaria Furl and Solaria +Plus Furl represent the evolution of retractable shade sails, designed to offer maximum durability, convenience, and style. Their furler system, made from 316 stainless steel with high-performance bearings and anodized aluminum, ensures smooth operation and exceptional durability even under high wind loads.

The winding system is inspired by the aesthetics of gennaker furlers used on sailing boats, with an enhanced structure to manage the torsion of horizontally positioned shade sails. After years of research, the Maanta team developed an innovative design featuring the WIDE SPOOL, a larger-diameter reel that reduces effort when opening and closing the sail. The S-GRIPP technology prevents the rope from slipping inside the groove, ensuring constant tension.

Compared to a fixed sail, Solaria Furl and its enhanced version, Solaria +Plus Furl, can be fully retracted in under three minutes, eliminating wind lift and protecting both the anchors and the fabric. Its uniqueness lies in its design, which resembles a classic desk lamp, and in the innovative solutions it integrates. The support pole is adjustable, and the furling boom is tiltable. The combination of these elements allows the shade cone to be adjusted, providing effective protection against sun and wind in any condition.

In case of excessive wind, OmbrelA will automatically close thanks to its anemometer detection system and an automatic impulse sent to the built-in Somfy motor. Thanks to its precise engineering, these cantilevered retractable shade sails can cover up to 258 square feet, compared to a maximum of 183 square feet covered by competing retractable umbrellas.

Each CoR 2.0 is a unique, custom-made piece built on demand. The advantages of CoR 2.0 do not surpass those of Solaria Furl and require a more precise installation, often requiring specialized labor. For this reason, CoR 2.0 is less frequently advertised and requested.

The range of available fabrics is extensive, from premium nautical Dacron—sourced from a world-leading manufacturer ensuring superior UV resistance—to the advanced Weathermax fabric, available in a wide range of colors and capable of reducing temperatures by up to 37% under the canopy.
