The site
The Maanta site is managed by the company Bega SRL with registered office in Strada Statale 11, km 331 - 36053 Gambellara (VI) - Italy - VAT 04039300241

The products offered for sale on the Maanta site are intended for private and professional clients.

The characteristics of the products presented on the site can evolve. The photographs attributed to each model are not contractual.

Use of products
Taking into account the specific nature of the products sold on the Maanta site, the customer is obliged to strictly comply with the provisions and recommendations regarding assembly and storage of products. Maanta will in no case be responsible for the incorrect assembly of its products and their use in abnormal conditions.

Inventory depletion
Given the volume of daily transactions, the absolute availability of the ordered products or services is not guaranteed. In the event of out of stock, one of our managers will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform him and to propose to change or cancel the order.

In case of modification of the order, the amount will be adjusted (paid in excess or in default) based on the chosen references and will confirm the order adjusted to the customer by e-mail.

Order registration

Orders must be placed via the Maanta sales site.

Order confirmation

The order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the registration of the order, by automatic e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the customer.


Orders are processed after receipt of payment of the corresponding amount shown on the invoice. Any order that does not follow the payment within 10 days of receipt by the customer of the order confirmation, will be automatically canceled.

Change the order

The information provided by the customer, at the time of sending the order, imply the formal commitment of the same. In case of errors in the compilation of the recipient's coordinates, Maanta will not be held responsible for the possible inability to confirm the order or make the delivery. No change of delivery address after payment of the order can be considered for the delivery of the package / packs. However, the customer can request, under his sole responsibility, to change the delivery address directly to the carrier. In this case, Maantaa will not be held responsible for any errors in the delivery or loss of packaging by the carrier.

Once payment is received, it will not be possible to make any changes to the order (size, color, billing address or delivery)

In the event of an error in one of the aforementioned elements, the customer must contact the assistance via the Support form. The Bega Srl company will inform the customer of the procedure and conditions for cancellation and reimbursement of the order (see Retracting).

Not acceptance of the order

Maanta reserves the right not to accept any order from a customer for legitimate reasons.

Prices and methods of payment

The prices shown on the Maanta site are expressed in EURO and are inclusive of VAT

Maanta reserves the right to change its prices according to supply and demand. The price that the customer will have to pay is that of the order day.


Orders are processed only after receipt and receipt of the payment corresponding to the invoice amount.

Reserve of ownership

Each product delivered remains the property of the Bega Srl company until full payment of the sums due. The customer will therefore be required to handle the product / products with care.


The delivery address communicated by the customer must be in the same country as the billing address, which is the customer's place of residence.

The order is processed within 7 working days and is always subject to receipt of payment.

Delivery delay

The delivery times are of the order of 3-6 working days from the order and are shown as a guideline. Therefore, should this period be exceeded, no compensation or withholding can be claimed under any circumstances.

Notice of passage

The delivery of the ordered products is guaranteed by a carrier appointed by the company Maanta. In case of absence on the day of delivery, the delivery officer is required to leave a notice of passage in the customer's mailbox.

The customer must then contact the customer service department or the transport company within a maximum of 3/4 days after the first notice of passing the person in charge. After this deadline, the products will be automatically returned by the courier at the store of the company Maanta. The costs of surrender amount to € 19 per piece including VAT, are charged to the customer and will be deducted from the amount of his order.

Partial shipment

In the case of missing products, the customer must absolutely indicate in writing this lack on the delivery note that must be requested from the delivery officer. The customer has at his disposal 14 days to communicate his reservations to the assistance by email to or registered letter with return receipt addressed to the company Maanta, Via Einaudi 22/c, 36040 Brendola (VI) Italy, that undertakes to return the missing product as soon as possible.


In the absence of a reservation on the delivery note, no claim will be taken into consideration either by the carrier or by the company Maanta.

Products damaged or not in compliance with the order

In case of delivery of a damaged product or not in compliance with the order, the customer has the possibility to refuse the delivery, indicating on the delivery note that he / she will have to request from the delivery person. The customer also has at his disposal 14 days from the date of receipt to verify the conformity of the products delivered and inform the assistance by email to, or registered letter with return receipt addressed to the company Maanta, Via Einaudi 22/c, 36040 Brendola (VI).

The company Maanta undertakes to accept as returned at its expense the products damaged or not in compliance with the order and to send the new products as soon as possible.

Loss of the package

If the delivery has not been made after 15 days from the date of receipt of the parcel codes, the customer must inform the assistance provided by the Maanta website by e-mail.

At that point a complaint will be opened with the carrier in order to know the reason for the delay.

More situations are possible:

The carrier does not find the delivery address or is no longer in possession of it.

Solution: the Maanta company will transmit the delivery coordinates to the carrier. The package is delivered within 48-72 hours.

The package is not traceable. The carrier opens an investigation that can last up to 10 days.

Solution: If found, the package will be forwarded to the recipient.

If the package is declared lost, the company Maanta will proceed to re-dispatch or refund the sums due according to the instructions of the customer.

Failure to deliver and return the goods

In the event that the data provided for delivery are incorrect, incomplete or not adequate for the performance of regular delivery with subsequent return of the goods to the sender, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the aforementioned goods amounting to € 19 per package.


The contract can be canceled within 14 days, starting from the delivery of the goods, without giving reasons. The revocation must be sent by registered mail to the company Maanta, Via Einaudi 22/c, 36040 Brendola (VI), or by e-mail. To be able to use the right of revocation it will be sufficient to communicate it in good time or to return the goods.

In the case of termination, the services obtained by both parties and the costs of use (eg taxes) must be returned and deducted as must be deducted the expenses incurred for making the reimbursement which are 4% for reimbursements with credit card. credit or debit and € 15 in the case of repayment by bank transfer. If it is impossible to return the service or product in its original condition, we would be obliged to request compensation for the service. This does not apply to the return of damaged goods that presented defects already at the time of purchase. We will collect any type of goods, regardless of whether it is suitable for shipment or not. The transport costs will be borne by the customer and are quantified in € 19 per piece including VAT.


The products marketed by Maanta are covered by a 2-year guarantee, according to the current legal terms.

The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to check the conformity of the products and inform the company Maanta.

The company Maanta undertakes to replace any defective product that is reported within the limits of this time limit, if:

The defect is ascertained during assembly

Legal information

Acquisition and transfer of personal data

The information communicated by customers is intended for the company Maanta that will transmit said information, in whole or in part to its commercial partners only and exclusively for purposes of processing the order, delivery of products and / or provision of services ordered by the customer.

Personal data acquired by the company Maanta will not be sold or communicated externally for advertising purposes.

The customer has at any time the right to access and rectify personal data concerning him.

Applicable law and settlement of disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the rules of Italian law.

Before validating your order, the customer declares to have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and will accept them without reservation.

In the event of a dispute, the customer will primarily address the assistance of the Maanto company in order to find a friendly settlement. In the event that it is impossible to reach a friendly solution, all disputes or disputes that may arise from contracts stipulated between Maanta and the customer will be referred to the Vicenza court.

The company Maanta warns its users that the elements of its website are protected by copyright law: it may be the case of photographs, articles, drawings and animated sequences contained on this site. The rights on these elements belong to the company Maanta or are subject to a use authorization in favor of the latter.

Any reproduction or total or partial representation of this site for any procedure that is, without the express permission of the MAAN, is prohibited and would constitute a counterfeit sanctioned by articles L 335-2 and following of the Code of intellectual property.

Any image, text and graphic element used without the consent of the Maanta company may be the subject of judicial proceedings.

The user also undertakes not to use programs that could create unreasonable overloads and disrupt the operation of the site.

Any fraudulent intrusion on the site and / or inspiration of the content of the Maanta site and / or extraction of its database in whole or in part may be subject to judicial proceedings in the conditions established by law.


Terms and conditions

The customer is required to release all the required data complete with tax code (for individuals) or I.V.A. (for legal entities). If Maanta does not such data, the order will not be processed.

Maanta reserves the right to cancel orders placed by customers even after receipt of payment. The cancellation will in any case always be accompanied by the reimbursement of the entire amount paid by the customer without additional penalties or charges. The images, descriptions and prices of the products on sale are purely indicative because they are constantly updated and subject to a slight probability of human error in publication.
