Delivery times are clearly indicated on the product page and during the order confirmation. After the purchase, our technical team creates the digital design, follows the handcrafted production with cutting and stitching, and finally performs quality control and shipping. Delivery times vary based on the season and order volume, but we aim for fast and on-time deliveries.

We recommend first designing the anchoring system. Position or design the location of the wall plates or support poles. This way, you can easily measure the distance between each anchoring point.

Our configurator will show you the measurements needed to design the sail (side lengths and/or diagonals). It is essential to account for the space required for the anchoring tools.

Always allow at least 14" between each corner of the sail and its respective anchoring point. If you're unsure, select the option “I will provide the distance from the anchoring points.” The sail will be automatically calculated in our configurator. The system will automatically choose the correct size for your sail.

The drainage point is the corner to choose on any custom sail to allow for perfect water drainage in case of rain, as well as in case of condensation that can form on the underside during periods of high humidity.

This ensures that water always flows towards a specific corner of the sail, thanks to the "tile principle," and liquids will always be able to slide off.

Yes, combining two triangular shade sails is a very common solution to create larger shaded areas. We recommend slightly overlapping the fabrics to avoid gaps and achieve continuous and uniform coverage, perfect for outdoor spaces of all sizes.
