Meshnet® 320 gsm
Used in the Solaria and Solaria +Plus models, it is our most advanced technical fabric. Made from high-density virgin polyethylene, it offers up to 90% shade and resists wind, sun, and hail. Its dense yet breathable weave blocks heat, lets air flow, and provides long-lasting protection, whether in residential or commercial settings.
HDPE 285 gsm
Chosen for EZ Breez, it is a reliable, strong, and functional fabric. It offers good sun protection, high breathability, and excellent wind resistance. Particularly suitable for seasonal coverings such as parking areas or beaches.
The breathable fabric is chosen over a waterproof one precisely for the coolness it maintains under the covering, even on the hottest days. Since it doesn’t trap wind or other weather elements on top, this fabric is better suited for particularly windy areas.
The HDPE 320 gsm breathable fabric can withstand strong wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
Thanks to its properties, every breathable fabric also dries very quickly, even after many hours of rain exposure.
Finally, with its slight elastic component—absent in waterproof fabrics—breathable fabric can absorb hail impact much better.
For all these qualities, breathable fabric is preferred because it means shade sails don’t need to be taken down in case of thunderstorms or hail, as long as they have been properly tensioned and angled. Even during light rain, no sagging will form on top of the sail.
Breathable fabric is the ideal choice for carports and parking covers, whether single or multiple, because it ensures shade, airflow, and resistance to hail and wind.
It’s also recommended for very hot outdoor spaces, such as pool areas or venues for summer events. In these situations, it promotes air circulation, prevents the “heat trap” effect, and makes the environment more comfortable.
Among the color options, darker shades like graphite provide stronger sun protection and an enhanced cooling effect.
Before cleaning the sail after seasonal use, it must be removed from the supporting structure.
Removal is very simple and does not require special tools. Just loosen the tension on one corner and then proceed to detach it. The sail can then be unhooked from all anchor points for cleaning and, if desired, stored in its packaging.

Purishade® is an olefin polypropylene fabric that is highly resistant to abrasion. Initially designed as a waterproof fabric, years of research have allowed us to combine its waterproof properties with a breathable component equivalent to the polyethylene fabrics described above.
For very windy areas where water protection is also required, this fabric is the answer.
