Prodotti di qualità e un servizio vendita e post vendita sempre più attento e curato. La prima volta ho comprato i pali e una tenda impermeabile, allora c'era solo un modello base. La tenda arrivò con un lieve difetto e mi fu sostituita immediatamente, non solo. Dopo qualche mese mi inviarono un nuovo modello per testarlo. L'anno scorso ho acquistato il sistema di carrucole Muscle. Ora ho acquistato una tenda Sail impermeabile approffittando degli sconti della black week. Il prodotto soddisfa pienamente le mie aspettative: imballo, cura dei dettagli della tenda, sempre perfetti. C'è persino un metro a nastro da dieci metri e quattro matite per il montaggio, anche se non ne ho bisogno perché i pali sono già montati da 5 anni e sono sempre stabili e esteticamente perfetti. Monterò la tenda non appena finiranno i lavori di rifacimento della facciata di casa mia e vi farò sapere il risultato finale, ma sono certo che sarà tutto perfetto come sempre. Recensione verificataDas 3 x 5 m große Sonnensegel wurde perfekt verpackt in der angekündigten Zeit geliefert. Es war zusätzlich in einem passenden stabilen Sack mit extra Dreiecktaschen für die Edelstahlecken. Diese sind ohne jegliche scharfe Kanten sauber gearbeitet. Bei der Installation habe ich festgestellt, dass zum richtigen Spannen des Segels 1 Karabinerhaken und drei Seil-Spannsysteme sinnvoll/nötig sind. Nach dem Abnehmen des Segels für die kalte Jahreszeit läßt sich das Segel inklusive Zubehöt wieder gut in dem Sack verstauen. Ich habe anschließend ein weiteres Segel für eine unmittelbar neben der ersten Terrasse gelegene Terrasse bestellt und dabei versehentlich eine etwas andere Farbe gewählt. Bereits am Folgetag wurde ich angeschrieben und mit mir wurde sehr konstruktiv und absolut hilfsbereit besprochen, wie ich am besten ein einheitliches Bild bekomme und daraufhin umgehend seitens des Herstellers die Farbe angepasst. Genauere Informationen führten dann auch noch dazu, dass der Ablaufpunkt des Segels angepasst wurde, da ich bei der Bestellung in diesem Punkt unsicher war. Ottimo prodotto 'italiano'. piccolo neo migliorabile: il morsetto che, se sollecitato da vento relativamente estremo (burian, per esempio) rischia di aprirsi e cedere. Il prodoto è davvero ottimo, Lo si capisce fin dall'imballo che prevede una sacca in tessuto per la conservazione della tela nel caso la si voglia smontare. La vela è anche accompagnata da un certificato di garanzia con il numero di serie della vela, firmato dall'artigiano che l'ha prodotta. Tutte le cuciture sono realizzate con cura sartoriale, gli angoli prevedono dei rinforzi davvero ben fatti, i punti di aggancio sono in lamiera fissata alla vela con viti passanti. Anche gli accessori (palina, agganci da parete, moschettoni, tiranti) sono realizzati con molta precisione. Complimenti alla Maanta, prodotti con una qualità così elevata sono davvero rari. Eine kleine Schwachstelle, die verbessert werden könnte: die Klemme, die sich bei relativ extremen Winden (z. B. Burian) öffnen und zusammenbrechen kann. Eine Klemme mit einer Öffnungssicherung könnte dieses Problem lösen. Auch mit der Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das sich um den Kunden kümmert, bin ich sehr zufrieden. Im Vergleich zum elastischeren EasyShade Tuch mit gleichen Soll-Maßen 5x5x7 ist das Tuch im gespannten Zustand deutlich kleiner (ca 40 cm auf 5 Meter), so dass sich die Tücher nicht 1:1 ersetzen lassen. Das ist etwas ärgerlich, weil man dies erwarten würde, wenn man zwei Tücher mit identischer Größe aus unterschiedlichem Material kauft. Darauf sollte im Shop explizit hingewiesen werden. Das Unternehmen schickte auch ein 10-Meter-Maßband, das für die Planung der Installation der Ankerpunkte sehr nützlich war. Nach den Videos und Anweisungen auf der Website war es kein Problem, das Segel zu montieren und zu verankern. Am Anfang, als ich das Segel aufsetzte, war es in der Mitte etwas straff, aber ich konnte es nicht weiter spannen, weil die Seiten straff waren. Als ich das Netz überprüfte, stellte ich fest, dass ich die Spannung der Seiten mit den seitlichen Bändern, mit denen das Segel geliefert wird, lockern und so die Spannung im mittleren Bereich erhöhen konnte. Nachdem diese Einstellung vorgenommen wurde, war das Segel perfekt gestrafft. Sobald wir das Segel installiert hatten, sank die Temperatur auf der Terrasse sofort, und auch im Haus, da die Wände und der Boden nicht mehr warm sind, was spürbar ist. Und das alles, ohne an Leuchtkraft zu verlieren. Die Qualität des Produkts ist auf den ersten Blick erkennbar: dickes Material, gut verarbeitete Nähte und vor allem die Verarbeitung der Ecken mit den Metallplatten und den Gurten. Das Produkt ist wirklich gut, das sieht man schon an der Verpackung, die einen Stoffbeutel enthält, in dem man das Segel aufbewahren kann, falls man es abbauen möchte. Das Segel wird außerdem von einem Garantiezertifikat mit der Seriennummer des Segels begleitet, das von dem Handwerker, der es hergestellt hat, unterzeichnet ist. Alle Nähte sind mit handwerklicher Sorgfalt ausgeführt, die Ecken haben gut ausgeführte Verstärkungen, die Befestigungspunkte bestehen aus Stahlplatten und mit durchgehenden Schrauben am Segel befestigt. Auch das Zubehör (Stangen, Wandhaken, Karabinerhaken, Zugstangen) wird mit großer Präzision gefertigt. Herzlichen Glückwunsch an Maanta, Produkte von solch hoher Qualität sind selten. Un petit défaut qui pourrait être amélioré : la pince qui, si elle est sollicitée par des vents relativement extrêmes (burian, par exemple) risque de s'ouvrir et de s'effondrer. Un collier de serrage doté d'un dispositif de sécurité anti-ouverture pourrait résoudre ce problème. Je suis également pleinement satisfait de la serviabilité du personnel qui s'occupe du client. L'entreprise a également envoyé un mètre de 10 mètres, ce qui a été très utile pour planifier l'installation des points d'ancrage. En suivant les vidéos et les instructions du site web, il n'y a eu aucun problème pour monter et ancrer le planeur. Au début, lorsque j'ai mis la voile, elle était un peu étroite au milieu, mais je ne pouvais pas l'étirer davantage car les côtés étaient étroits. En vérifiant sur le net, j'ai trouvé que je pouvais relâcher la tension sur les côtés avec les sangles latérales que la voile possède, en augmentant la tension dans la zone centrale. Une fois ce réglage effectué, la voile était parfaitement tendue. Dès que nous avons installé la voile, la température sur la terrasse a immédiatement baissé, et aussi dans la maison, car les murs et le sol ne sont plus chauds, ce qui est appréciable. Et tout cela sans perdre en luminosité. La qualité du produit est évidente au premier coup d'œil : matériau épais, coutures bien faites et, surtout, la finition des coins avec les plaques et les sangles métalliques. Además del detalle de la empresa de enviar una cinta metrica de 10 metros que resulto muy útil para planificar la instalación de los puntos de anclaje. Siguendo los videos e instrucciones de la web la verdad que no hubo problema para instalar y anclar la vela. Al principio cuando coloqué la vela me quedó poco tensa de la zona central pero no podía tensar mas porque los laterales si que estaban tensos, revisando la web me dí cuenta que se podía aflojar tensión de los laterales con las correas laterales con la que viene provista la vela y así ganar tensión en la zona central. Hecho este ajuste, la vela ha quedado perfectamente tensa. También decir que tan pronto instalamos la vela, la disminucuión de la temperatura en la terraza fue inmediata, y también en el interior de la casa, pues ya no se calientan las paredes ni el suelo y eso se nota. Todo eso sin perder luminosidad. Destacar la calidad del producto que se nota al verlo, material grueso, con costuras bien acabadas y sobretodo el acabado de las esquinas con las placas metalicas y las correas. La vela se puede tensar rápidamente y sin mucho esfuerzo con el kit de fijación Muscle x3. Recensione verificataDie Farbe ist super. Entspricht den Mustern! Wir hätten lieber das wasserunuchlässige Material genommen, aber wir bekommen die das notwendige Gefälle nicht hin. Aber das Meshnet sieht auch super aus. Das Segel ist sehr gut und wertig verarbeitet. Die Gurtbänder bieten Trimm Möglichkeiten beim verspannen. Mit dem Radialschnitt und und den Metallplatten an den Ecken werden die Zugkäfte gut verteilt. Man erkennt sofort dass da Leute mit Erfahrungen aus der Segelwelt am Werk sind. Es wurde nicht zu vielversprochen. Ich würde sagen die Sonnensegel mit der besten Qualität dem besten Preisleistungsverhältnis, die ich gefunden habe. Die Internetseite ist m.E. super gemacht, übersichtlich und informativ! Ich habe nur das Segel gekauft, da Wandhalterungen, Masten und sonstiges Zubehör schon vorhanden waren. Quality and control is spot on. The price was really sweet getting it on sale with a discount, sealed the deal. The shipping... I must say, I thought it was questionable that Maanta could get it done and shipped overseas to me meeting the date they estimated. Well they did it, got it to me right on time, I'm amazed. My installtion went flawlessly. I love the product, the detail put into it, workmanship, everthing about it exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to figure out where to put another shade up and order another from Maanta.
