Can I tilt the canopy without moving the base?

Yes, with Lybra. The EquiTilt® system on the handle tilts the canopy gradually in any direction by rotating the grip. No need to touch the base or get up from your seat.

Are they wind-resistant?

Klika and Lybra hold up to 19 mph / Beaufort 5, thanks to the top air vent that releases wind gusts. In strong winds, it's still good practice to close the umbrella.
