Return policies
We want you to be always satisfied with your purchases, for this MaantA by BegA s.r.l. offers you the possibility to return the products within 20 days from the date of receipt at your home.
This faculty is subject to particular conditions and modalities and is offered only to customers who have the status of consumer. The warranty regulation and the right of withdrawal, ordinarily provided by our "Terms and conditions of use", remain unaffected.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN WITHIN 20 DAYS
The return can be done by making a request to our email address: info@maanta.it indicating the order number, the goods you want to return and the reason for the return.
In order to take advantage of the special right of return within 20 days it is necessary:
- That the product is working, clean, well folded, free of scratches, dents or abrasions;
- In the case of dirty, misplaced or used items, it will be deducted from 10 to 90% of the amount paid. The percentage will be determined by the state in which the product falls within our warehouse and by what has been used.
- That the product is returned in its original packaging, folded exactly as it arrived and includes all the accessories and packaging present at the time of delivery.
METHOD OF RETURN WITHIN 20 DAYS
To make the return follow these simple steps:
- Request a return within 20 days by accessing the "My account > My orders" section in your user panel.
- Enter the order, select the product you want to return and send the return request.
- Properly pack the goods you make making sure that the product is well protected and that it is not damaged during transport;
- Insert the purchase receipt inside;
- Contact your trusted courier to send the product back to our address.
If you have made the return because you have changed your mind, the costs of returning the product and the shipments of the new one will be your responsibility.
In the case of partial return, the shipping costs paid are understood to be used for the goods retained.
If, on the other hand, you have received a damaged or incorrect product, the shipping costs will be completely at our expense.
If you made a purchase as a guest and want to make a return, you need to convert it to a customer account.
Access the order tracking page at the URL https://www.maantaoutdoor.com/tracciatura-ospite, enter the order number you will find in the confirmation email and your email and follow the procedure for conversion into a customer account, indicated at the end of the page.
Once converted to a customer account follow steps 1 to 8 above.
LIMITATION AND EXPENSES
If you have made the return because you have changed your mind, the costs of returning the product and the shipments of the new one will be your responsibility.
In the case of partial return, the shipping costs are used for the goods retained.
