Bei der Installation habe ich festgestellt, dass zum richtigen Spannen des Segels 1 Karabinerhaken und drei Seil-Spannsysteme sinnvoll/nötig sind. Nach dem Abnehmen des Segels für die kalte Jahreszeit läßt sich das Segel inklusive Zubehöt wieder gut in dem Sack verstauen. Ich habe anschließend ein weiteres Segel für eine unmittelbar neben der ersten Terrasse gelegene Terrasse bestellt und dabei versehentlich eine etwas andere Farbe gewählt. Bereits am Folgetag wurde ich angeschrieben und mit mir wurde sehr konstruktiv und absolut hilfsbereit besprochen, wie ich am besten ein einheitliches Bild bekomme und daraufhin umgehend seitens des Herstellers die Farbe angepasst. Genauere Informationen führten dann auch noch dazu, dass der Ablaufpunkt des Segels angepasst wurde, da ich bei der Bestellung in diesem Punkt unsicher war. Für diesen perfekten Service würde ich gerne nochmal 5 Extrapunkt geben. Read more Read less
